Society bylaws can be viewed here (click hyperlink to view). In addition to the bylaws outlined in the Society’s constitution, please note the following policies:

• Registration and cancellation policy for workshops: Registration in a workshop is confirmed only after payment is received. Refunds for cancellations are as follow: 100% refund for cancellation more than 7 days prior to the event. 50% refund for cancellation 7 days to 24 hrs prior to the event. No refund for cancellations within 24 hrs of the event. 100% refund if the spot is filled by another participant.
• The executive can approve expenses under $100 by unanimous consensus. All expenses above $100 must be approved by membership vote.
• Speakers at meetings who are not guild members are paid a $75 honorarium.
